  •   Air transportation – the Warsaw Convention. (a limit 17 SDR per kg = 20 EUR per kg);
  •   Shipping – Hague-Visby rules (a limit 2 SDR per kg = 2,5 EUR per kg);
  •   Transportations by train – Railway rules of the countries where transportation takes place;
  •   Operators of warehouses, forwarding agents and other parties whose responsibility is limited to the local legislation and can be much less than a cost of goods can bear responsibility for freight in the course of transportation.
